Case study:

Dream Renewables has trained hundreds of young people in Ghana, we provide a wealth of support after the training. Take Jenifer, for example.

Jenifer Asiamah (photographed below) is a high school graduate from Ghana, who has a keen interest in electricity and renewable energy. Before joining our training in 2023, she had been working in local marketing, having struggled to find the right opportunities and experience in renewables. Her 6-month part time training with Dream Renewables opened up an internship with Nastech Power Solutions and then a work Placement with Tino Solutions, the leading solar engineering company in Ghana. She also became a certified electrician and now does freelance work in the capital Accra.

Jenifer is still in touch with Dream Renewables and volunteers as a solar technician on our projects.
