Who We Are

We deliver training in solar power, clean cooking technologies, energy efficiency and entrepreneurship to young people in disadvantaged communities across Ghana. Our in-depth, hands-on training is delivered by a team of local engineers and industry experts.

Upon completion, we support trainees to develop solar power projects that serve their local community and to collaborate with existing local businesses, or create their own, in order to build sustainable incomes. We provide, in collaboration with grassroots organisations, workplace internships, mentoring and guidance, technical design support, and entrepreneurial training for those with business ideas.
