Freelance Solar Trainer

Introduction

Solar Trainers deliver our engaging and hands-on solar PV technician syllabus to various audiences across Ghana. You would work with a team of experienced renewable energy engineers and trainers with years of experience, get the opportunity to travel to different regions in Ghana and attend our train-the-trainers programme to develop your technical and training skills.

Our syllabus has been developed in collaboration with the UNICEF innovation team and has been developed through 6 years of experience delivering similar training across Ghana.

Role summary

Remuneration: Depending on experience

Expenses: Per diem is available if travelling away from home

Location: Various

Qualifications required: a bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in renewable energy or electrical disciplines

Experience required: at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Working Hours: Our Freelance Trainers typically work 5-20 days a year

Working Arrangement: This is a freelance opportunity. You will undertake our training for trainers programme. Once completed, you will be added to our freelance trainers group and notified of opportunities.
